As a small business, HeartSeed’s intention is to serve the community by providing quality care through massage and bodywork.  We understand that life happens and that you may have to cancel your session for a myriad of reasons.  Our refund policy was curated with that in mind, while also honoring your massage therapist’s time and the backend fees that are associated with credit card processing.

 With that being said, HeartSeed will only be issuing provisional credits for cancelled appointments that were booked more than 30 days prior to the cancellation.  Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the time of your appointment will still be charged the full amount for your session, with the exception that we are able to fill your spot with another client from our Wait List.

 All cancellations within 30 days of booking will be subject to a sliding scale refund policy based on time and circumstance, ranging from 50% - 90% of your original booking. All monetary refunds will be processed via check within 30 days, and will be sent to your address on file.
